How can we help?
buying a house
selling a house
moving to California
One of the things I love about living here...

Southern California has such great neighborhoods. Whether you live where I do in the San Fernando Valley, or on the West Side in a place like Beverly Hills you will find some of the warmest and friendliest neighbors on the planet. And that's why I define my job as not only finding you the perfect house but also the perfect place to feel at home.

Greg Awards I started the Latin scholarship fund to help deserving Latino students all over the United States. Here is the first winner.

Hello

I'm happy to say that I was born in Southern California and have lived here most of my life. I have traveled all over the world and would not want to live anywhere else. I love the climate, the culture and the beauty that my home offers.

I started my career as a marketing sales manager for Japan Imports in Tokyo. While living in Japan, I learned both the language and an appreciation for the culture. After returning to the states, I served as an account executive with General Media International in NY before being named account manager with Los Angeles' magazine Marketing Group.

Giving back

I founded Latin Business magazine in 2002 and served as both editor and publisher. The bimonthly trade magazine had a national circulation of 150,000.

While developing the magazine, I saw a need for higher education in the Latino community and established the Latin Scholarship Fund a 501(c)(3). The fund has provided thousands of dollars in scholarships to deserving Latino students all over the United States. It has allowed dedicated and deserving students to fulfill their dreams of achieving college degrees and entering the workforce.

I am passionate about applying my local knowledge to help people find a home and a neighborhood they love. I have worked with many people who were moving to the area from other states and helped guide them through the bureaucracy to their dream home in the perfect neighborhood.
